Document Controller/ Site Secretary
Fixed term Contract for 6 months
Salary: GBP10-11ph
Location: LS9
Do you Document Controller/Site Secretary experience within the construction industry?
Do you have experience of using 4Projects?
If so we are currently recruiting for a 6 month contract position based on a new development in the Leeds area.
You will be required to work independently to provide full secretarial support on a busy construction site.
Some of the daily duties and Responsibilities will include:
Inputting Data and Managing databases
*Minute taking at various meetings
*Making daily calls internally to gain information on works
*Managing documentation and extracting information where necessary
*Maintaining various filing systems
*Scanning and uploading documents
*General Administrative Duties
*Updating systems
*Dealing with general enquiries from a wide variety of people
Do you have these necessary key skills and attributes?
*Experience using 4 Projects
*Able to work in a demanding environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Own Transport
*A confident communicator
*Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
*IT Knowledge with experience of using MS Office
*Previous administrator experience
*Proven ability to work as part of a team
*Own transport would be beneficial due to location but not essential
