Position: Night Concierge
Location: Salford, Manchester
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: GBP17,076.80 per annum

About the role:
They are looking for an individuals to provide Support in their Abbott Lodge service in Salford.
You will carry out a concierge role which is an important role for the safe running of the service. Working hours include mainly overnight waking cover or during other unsocial hours as required by the service. You will work with tenants of the project providing information, advice and guidance as appropriate.
The role includes ensuring the safety and security of the residents, cleaning and administration tasks regarding all policies and procedures of the association being followed and upheld.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have an understanding of the challenges facing vulnerable people and the difficulties that these can present in a supported housing environment, along with understanding the basic principles of building security and safety.
With experience of working with people and working unsociable hours, you will be calm under pressure and have the ability to think logically, and be able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
You should be IT literate and be able to record incidents within an IT system. Good communication skills and the ability to influence others through discussion is also important.
You may have experience of the following: Night Support Worker, Support Worker, Care Worker Supported Housing, Health and Safety, Charity, Sheltered Housing, Care Assistant, Not For Profit, etc.
