Build relationships with colleagues
Covering all HR admin duties
Screening applicants
Testing applicants
Helping to interview and select applicants
Maintain an accurate and crucial databases
Taking phone calls
answering queries
Using all Microsoft packages
Manage expectations of management and colleaguesTo apply for this role you MUST:

Be a very strong Administrator (ideally within HR but not essential)
Have experience within recruitment (desirable)
Be computer literate to a very high standard
Be able to use databases with ease
Be immediately available for work
