SALES MANAGER / HELPDESK ADVISOR

GBP25,000 Increasing to GBP35,000 + with commission - BURY ST EDMUNDS

PERMANENT- FULL TIME

Our well-established and personable client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join their friendly team as a Sales Manager / Helpdesk Advisor on a full time, permanent basis

Role Responsibilities

Attending sales visits to retailers, wholesalers and yards
Sales reporting
Creating marketing strategies to help achieve targets
Supporting retailers, wholesalers and key accounts
Providing advice to customers over the phone and via email
Attending shows and events, delivering talks to customers
Skills & Knowledge Required

Experience within the Equine industry is essential
Experience in driving sales and working to targets
An outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
This diverse role is based at Head Office in Risby and although primarily Monday to Friday will include frequent travel and some evening/weekend hours.
