2019 is a critical period of Kubrick Group's growth and we are looking for a candidate engagement expert to help drive our growth. You will be given the opportunity to do some great and rewarding work therefore we want someone that feels excited and energised about driving forward our candidate attraction approach.

Responsibilities
• Creating good quality content for our candidates and upload these to job boards and social media channels
• Develop strong relationships with top universities
• Take charge of our advertising strategy and costs
• Increase brand awareness for Kubrick
• Perform analytics of candidate trends and attraction performance
• Continuously partner with the recruiting team and senior leadership team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
• Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
• Increase diversity and quality of candidate pools

Ideal Background and Skills
• 1-2 years' experience using similar skills
• Experience with high growth technology or consulting-based businesses
• Exceptional communicator
• Strong commercial skills
• Experience of identifying and using brand attraction tools and techniques
• Background using social media and marketing tools
