The EH20 Group are currently working with a leading House Builder based in the South East of Scotland.
Our client have successfully secured a pipeline of projects in excess of GBP100m, which they are set to deliver over the next 12-24 months.
With their recent success they are looking to bring on a Managing Quantity Surveyor to cover their project delivery for the South East of Scotland. As Managing Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for a large team of Quantity Surveyors (various levels) based in 2 locations in the East of Scotland.
Requirements - Have previous experience of dealing at board level, with strategic planning and goal setting. Experience of managing a team of quantity surveyors in a fast paced environment. Happy to travel around the South East of Scotland. Personally be commercially driven, plus have a drive for helping colleagues reach commercial milestones.
