A Government organisation in London is looking for a Case Liaison Officer to join their team for 2 months.

Your new company
A well-established Government organisation in Westminster, London is looking for a Case Liaison Officer to join their team for a 2 months contract. This is a full-time role, 36 hours a week and is paying GBP18 per hour via PAYE or GBP20 per hour via Umbrella company.

Your new role
You will report to the Programme Director in HR & Diversity, and have strong understanding of the employment law, case law and HR best practise to support to the independent investigators. As Case Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and appropriate end-to-end support to investigators on the application of policies. Additionally, you will liaise closely with the trade union representatives, staff association to ensure a smooth progress of cases.

What you'll need to succeed
As an individual, you will have excellent communication and time management skills to liaise with senior stakeholders involved in the cases. Furthermore, you must have previous experience of supporting and advising managers on complex employee relation policies, such as bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct.
