(Senior) Online Marketing Manager - Contemporary Fashion Brand

Rare opportunity to join this incredible, high-growth contemporary fashion brand. We are looking for a digital native who understands how to engage customers through digital marketing and paid media plans on a global scale. This role will suit somebody highly commercial and passionate about driving online performance for a high-growth business.

Overview:

* Develop and deliver strategy for Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Email/CRM
* Achieving traffic, conversion rate, AOV and revenue targets of above-mentioned channels
* Adhering to financial budgets for above-mentioned channels in line with agreed forecast
* Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting and commentary on above-mentioned channel
* Managing Digital Marketing Executive (whose focus is Affiliates), CRM Executive (whose focus is email/CRM) and Digital Co-ordinator

PAID SEARCH:
* Managing and lead the agency who looks after Paid Search activity
* Work with Head of Digital to ensure the strategy is in line with business objectives
* Lead on the analysis of the results/data within the Google Ads/Bing platforms to provide continuous insight into how to optimise Paid Search campaigns in line with the channel's forecast
* Oversee Digital Co-ordinator responsible for delivering required assets (text ads, sitelink extensions copy etc) on time and in line with the marketing calendar

PAID SOCIAL & DISPLAY:
* Strategic lead for agency overseeing Paid Social & Display Advertising
* Work with Head of Digital to ensure the strategy is in line with business objectives.
* Lead on the analysis of the results/data within the Facebook Ads (and in future Pinterest & Snapchat) platforms to provide continuous insight into how we can optimise Paid Social & Display campaigns in
line with the channel's forecast.
* Ensure the Digital Co-ordinator is delivering to the agency the required assets (creative, copy etc) on time and in line with the marketing calendar.

AFFILIATES:
* Managing affiliate platform (alongside Digital Marketing Executive) and Account Manager at network
* Work with Head of Digital to ensure the strategy is in line with business objectives
* Lead on the analysis of the results/data within the network's platform to provide continuous insight into how we can optimise our Affiliate programme

EMAIL/CRM:
* Managing ESP/CRM platform, working with the Head of Digital to ensure the strategy is in line with business objectives.
* Ensure the Digital Co-ordinator is delivering to the team the required assets (banners, copy etc) in line with the marketing calendar
* Lead on the analysis of the results/data within the platform to provide continuous insight into how we can optimise our Email programme in line with the channel's forecast
* Ensure the Digital Co-ordinator is providing weekly creative email ideas to the team and Graphic Design in line with the marketing calendar
