Due to their continued growth and success, Fitness Superstore are now looking for a full time Sales Advisor to join the team at their Chelmsford store.
Role Responsibilities
The Sales Advisor role involves giving advice & selling high quality fitness training equipment mainly for home use, both face-to-face and over the phone when customers call the store. There is also the opportunity to sell into vertical markets such as corporate gyms, personal training studios, hotels, government bodies etc.
Product sales training will be provided, and excellence is recognised & rewarded with uncapped bonuses.
It is a targeted environment where "sales driven", amiable individuals excel.
Candidate Requirements
The successful applicant will have an interest in fitness, sales experience, be articulate, a great communicator, confident & competitive in nature, as well as highly motivated to earn sales bonuses. Preference may be given to applicants who hold a sports science/personal training/gym instructor qualification or similar. The succssful candidate will have experience of actively selling within a competitive environment.
The salary for this position will be GBP21,500 per annum. The chosen candidate will also be entitled to a discretionary bonus scheme where you should expect to earn in the region of GBP300-GBP400 per month.
Hours of Work
The hours of work for this position will be 40 hours per week. Being a retail sales role the successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends & bank holidays.
28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
