SALES SUPPORT
Product Knowledge: Aluminium windows and doors
Based: Yorkshire
Salary / Package: GBP25k / GBP35k DOE
The Client:
A leading window and door manufacturer operating within the commercial sector is looking to secure a Sales Support to assist the commercial sales team, help develop new and existing customers and offer technical advice.
The Client is a forward thinking and an advanced business within this sector looking to grow their share of the market within the UK.
Position Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and internal commercial support for the remote sales team.
* Provide technical and commercial support for customers and specifiers.
* Reporting to and assisting to the National Sales Manager with reports and data.
* Providing project estimates
* The position will also involve a range of hands on duties around the main site on an ad hoc basis.
Experience Required:
* Glazing Industry experience and knowledge would be beneficial.
* Quoting/Estimating experience utilising a software package would also be advantageous.
* IT literate with an exposure to computer based quoting, ordering and technical systems.
* Good customer support experience.
* An exposure and/or passion of architectural building products would be advantageous.
* A focused individual seeking a long-term career with opportunities for promotion.
* An exposure to products or services within a technical environment.
* A team-player who is happy to get involved with varied tasks across the business.
* Organised and efficient individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks.
* Experience within a busy commercial environment liaising with fellow team members across the business and external customers.
