A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor join our client to support the Human Resources Manager and Head of Organisational Development in the delivery of a professional and proactive HR and Training service.

This role is an amazing opportunity for someone to join the HR function of their ambitious organisation as they progress through their cultural transformation.

You will:

  • Provide advice and guidance in a professional, proactive and customer focused operational HR service that provides full employee life cycle support to all their colleagues.
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships and work in close partnership with other departments to help develop and roll out their people plan.
  • Keep up to date with UK employment legislation and continually maintain and develop their colleague’s commitment and compliance with HR and Employment legislation. 

Do you have experience of working in a generalist HR environment, are excellent at using digital technology, have the ability to bring new ideas to the forefront, be adaptable to change, and hold a level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification? Then you could be right for them!
