We are seeking an HR Apprentice to join the HR team in our Exeter Office to start as soon as possible. 

This is a full time opportunity working 9am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday (with one day per week at College during term times).

The Role:

You will be working as an HR Apprentice supporting our busy HR team in the Exeter office. 

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Human Resources, and will be responsible for providing high quality HR assistance and administration to the department.

Are you the right person?

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, able to communicate at all levels, a passion to learn and develop with good personal organisation skills.

You will have a full and busy workload, so you will need to be able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure, be proactive and take initiative, be flexible and adaptable in your approach, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Key to this role is confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail.

You will require good academics including a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English at grade A - C and BTEC or A Levels – minimum UCAS points 260. Good ICT and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage. 

You do not need to have previous experience in the field as full training will be provided, although knowledge of, or experience of working in an HR department is an advantage.

You will be working towards your Advanced Level Apprenticeship Business & Administration Level 3, with 1 day tuition at College per week.  This is an 18 month programme.
