Administrator
I am currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator. The role is based within a leading company. It is a unique opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to work in a diverse and challenging business for a temporary period during August. This role will be working nights during the hours of:-
17:00 - 01:00
01:00 - 09:00
Full training will be given to provide admin support to an existing admin team.
I am looking for a candidate with enthusiasm, initiative, good overall administration skills and computer literacy.
The right candidate will have the ability to learn quickly and to strictly follow documented web based procedures.
Duties will include:
Assessing client forms and inputting data into our custom-built software.
Scanning, copying, printing.
Using Excel to create reports for the transfer of data over to financial providers.
Working through data received from financial providers to progress claims on behalf of our clients.
Responding to requests and queries from financial providers via letter and email.
Additional general administration duties as required.
