Health Care Assistants / Support Workers (Nights)
Sturminster Newton, Dorset
Up to £11.63 per hour including all enhancements
24 or 36 hours p/w, nights, including alternate weekends
Pay breakdown:
Basic Pay Rate: £8.56 per hour
£1.50 p/h weekend enhancement plus 75p p/h night enhancement
Enhancements for an NVQ or Diploma Level qualification in Health & Social Care are paid
as follows: NVQ 2 additional 56p per hour, OR NVQ 3 additional 82p per hour
Contracts are offered as 24 or 36 hours per week (minimum) split over two or three shifts of 12 hours each.
The rota will include alternate weekends and further earning opportunities through overtime.

As a Health Care Assistant (HCA / Carer) you will be involved in all aspects of their residents' individual, personal care and encourage residents to participate in recreational activities, supporting them to lead a dignified and fulfilling life.
