We’re currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide guidance and advice to our trade customers.

What will I be doing? 

As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist trade customers with their technical enquiries. 

In this key role, you’ll act as a joinery hardware specialist, supporting customers with their questions and recommending the best products to get the job done. 

Your duties will include:

- Communicating with customers via telephone and email 
- Processing sales orders and quotes 
- Logging, reporting and resolving any issues with orders or products 
- Helping to promote and develop our product range

What do I need? 

To join us as a Customer Support Representative, you will need: 

- Previous customer service experience 
- A strong customer service and/or trade background 
- Clear and confident communication skills 
- The ability to work well as part of a team 
- A self-motivated approach and the desire to learn 

Previous joinery experience would be highly beneficial to your application. 

Other companies may call this role Customer Service Advisor, Trade Service Advisor, Trade Sales Advisor, Customer Sales Advisor, Builder’s Merchant Sales Advisor, Customer Support Rep, Joinery Hardware Advisor or Customer Service Rep. 

Those who’ve worked as a Joiner, Bench Joiner, Trade Counter Assistant, Trade Counter Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Technical Sales Rep or Builder’s Merchant Assistant are also encouraged to apply. 

This is a full time role, working 7:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday.
