Winter Season Chef
SEASONAL CHEF- COURCHEVAL VALLEY- DECEMBER TILL END OF APRIL
We are looking for experienced chefs to join our client’s small team and to be an integral part of our luxury chalet company. Fine food is at the heart of this organisation and the team are recognised for their individual flare, with each chef bringing new ideas and skills to each winter season, for this you will receive a very competitive salary & package.
You will be required to provide an exemplary 5 day menu to their discerning guests. Together with your experienced chalet host you will manage your chalet: designing a hearty breakfast menu and varied and sumptuous 4-course meals, keeping high standards of cleanliness throughout the chalet, controlling stocks and weekly budgets and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will receive a high food and wine budget to enable you to create individual and interesting dishes.
In return, you will be given a high level of autonomy, structured support and guidance from within a small dedicated team.
You'll receive * competitive salary - between £210 -£270 pounds per week, on top of that: Tips averaging over 100 Euros per week

Chef requirements - These are simple – we need skillful chefs with great personalities.
You need to be a fully qualified chef with extensive experience in high quality restaurants (ie 2 rosettes or similar).
Out client if you are successful, we ask you to submit a 5day menu plan with your application.
This plan should show 5-day 4 course dinner menus alongside ideas for breakfast and afternoon tea. Please ensure you include the ‘wow’ factor – we pride ourselves on fantastic catering in our chalets
This role is based in the Courcheval Valley, nestled in the French Alps. It's an immediate start and you will need to be able to commit from 1st December 2019 until the end of April 2020.
