We are working for our client based in Northampton shire area who is looking for an experience Compliance and Training Manager.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the role requires the coordinating and deliver of training to small teams to comply with legislative and business requirements. They will also be responsible for the re-writing of standard operation procedures when training is not conducted.

You will be working with the operational team, completing and taking full ownership of the personnel records.

Ensure the Training Matrix is in place while supporting the Health & Safety Policy of the business.

The role is a new role that the business is instigating, covering 5 days out of 7 and does included every Saturday and Sunday. 7am - 19pm covering a 10 hour shift so a little flexibility is required.

If you have got Train the Trainer qualification this would be an advantage, if you have experience in training and compliance within an FMCG that would support this function of this role.

Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

A positive attitude and a professional approach always.

IOSH Qualifaction as a minimum, 3 experienced in a silimar role would be an advantage
