New Homes Sales Consultant - Worcester
Edge Careers are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced new homes consultant to join an established team new homes sales team. We have sites based in Worcester
Duties will include:
* Negotiate new homes sales making best use of available home buying options and having a thorough understanding of the customers circumstances, financial status and effectively managing these expectations
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual new homes sales targets as agreed with your Area Sales Manager and the Sales Director
* Provide excellence in customer service
* Keep up to date with all new home buying schemes available and current legislation.
* Be aware of options and extra choices available
* Compliance with GDPR company procedures.
* Maintain weekly contact with existing customers
* Hold and minute weekly meetings with the Site Manager to monitor build progress
* Ensure proactivity in monitoring customers and any related sales progress to ensure exchange of contracts is in good time
* Meeting and greeting all prospective customers
* Receive telephone enquiries from potential customers and provide appropriate information, taking all details including source of enquiry and diarising a call back.
* Ensure that personal presentation is professional and of the highest standard
* Be aware of CML inspection and completion dates
* Maintain show homes complex and stock plot presentation to the highest standard
* Produce weekly reports as required by the Area Sales Manager and Sales Director
* Receive any issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to resolve them
The right sales consultant will enjoy a fast paced environment with plenty of new homes sales experience. You will be impeccably organised with outstanding communication skills and qualifying skills.
