Ideal candidate will have a strong background in health care with a strong focus on people management & leading teams to commercial success. Candidates with recruitment background are at an advantage as are candidates who have worked successfully to commercial targets too.
The role is responsible for:
- staff coaching & motivation
- leadership of team, communication across team every day
- ownership of branch targets including staffing hours provided to public sector & private care contracts
- audit standards in line with CQC & other regulatory bodies
- great planning & organisational skills
- very good business development skills
- excellent stakeholder management skills - trusted manager of client relationships
- great communication skills & ability to work with Operations Director to drive business forward
