Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full time basis in Harlow.

Within this role, you will assist the Logistics Manager and Transport Supervisor in the day to day Running of the Logistics Operations, acting as a Direct link between Customers, Drivers and all other Departments.

Ensuring that all transport related H&S Legislation is complied with and that the company operates in line with all legal requirements (including Health & Safety and Data Protection), you will be maintaining accurate records, assisting the transport department in achieving key objectives.

Additionally, you will manage transport customer complaints, debrief drivers and identify risks and opportunities for improvement, supporting our Service Agents in Delivering Service Excellences to their Customers

Computer Literate and with a good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, along with good written and verbal communications skills, you will hold full UK driving licence and a good attention detail.

As you will be required to work in the warehouse supervising the drivers & trunking operation, including assisting in loading and loading vehicles, you must be reasonably fit.
