Our client is looking for an experienced Home Ownership Officer to be a key player within the Home Ownership Team providing home ownership and leasehold functions plus service charges across all their tenures.  They will consider providing training to the successful candidate in relevant areas of the job providing they can demonstrate other relevant experience in Home Ownership and most importantly the right attributes in line with settles values.

You will be reporting to the Home Ownership Manager taking responsibility for key operational and frontline functions and services to their customers and stakeholders. No day will be the same, so you will have an interesting and varied remit with the challenge of managing the wide range of functions that sit in this area. Joining up how the organisation works, to ensure we understand the needs of homeowners, the communal services they receive are well managed and service charges are well presented and understood and collected.

You will work collaboratively with operational and customer contact teams to deliver an easy to access customer centred service. Our client aims to improve the services they offer by applying a collaborative and flexible approach and you will embody and champion this approach. You’ll be able to work collaboratively with operational teams to deliver positive solutions.  

The successful candidate will have background and experience in home ownership.
