£25,351 per annum dependent on skills and experience
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef to join our busy boarding school kitchen.
Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will foremost be the preparation and creation of high-quality dishes for the dining room and fine dining functions. You will also be required to maintain our high standards of hygiene, as well as contribute to the training of staff involved with food production and support the efficiency and cohesion of this department.
This position would best suit a qualified Chef currently working in a busy kitchen at a similar level. The ideal candidate will be a fantastic team operator with great communication skills, a high level of personal organisation and an uncompromising flair and passion for food.
This is a full-time, year-round position working 5 out of 7 days including weekend working according to a shift rota. Bryanston offers good rates of pay and excellent terms and conditions.
