Our client is looking for a Home Ownership Assistant to be a key player within the Home Ownership Team providing all round administration support to the team who provide leasehold functions plus service charges across all their tenures. Having some knowledge of housing will be beneficial however what’s more important is having a customer focused approach, team working and excellent communication and administration skills. They will consider providing training to the successful candidate in relevant areas of the job providing they can demonstrate the right attributes in line with settles values.
You will be reporting to the Home Ownership Manager to deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders. No day will be the same, so you will have an interesting and varied remit supporting the team with the wide range of functions that sit in this area ranging from dealing directly with customers at the first point of contact through to assisting the team with service charge functions and work around administration matters related to leases.
You will work collaboratively with operational and customer contact teams to deliver an easy to access customer centred service. Our client aims to improve the services they offer by applying a collaborative and flexible approach and you will embody and champion this approach. You’ll be able to work collaboratively with operational teams to deliver positive solutions. 
The successful candidate will have a background working in a customer focused environment. They will also have excellent customer service skills coupled with good IT and administration systems skills.
