Neighbourhood Contracts Team Leader (Social Housing)
Location: Watford, South West Hertfordshire
Salary: £37,370 - £41,500 per annum

Are you a great at managing stakeholders and contractors?  Do you have experience of managing estate services? We work with our customers and communities to change lives, and we're looking for someone to help us deliver this. 
 
What's the role?
A member of the Customer Relationships Directorate reporting to the Neighbourhoods Services Manager, we are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to lead and develop our contract management services in both our contracted housing management services and estate services. Managing two senior officers and their teams, you will take personal responsibility to ensure delivery of a high standard of customer service, working closely with colleagues in other Customer Services directorate teams in the delivery of a cross function, ‘patch’/community based service, as well as all other group service staff in the delivery of the overall group objectives.
 
What are we looking for?
You will lead on continuous improvement for the newly procured cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts with Accuro and our partnerships with local authorities. You will build great relationships and keep stakeholders informed of progress and our performance.
