£28,146 - £31,274 per annum (increase after completing probation)
37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

About the Role:
The Finance Property Care Accountant is responsible for:
Supporting the FPC Finance Manager to lead the FPC Accounting Team
Working with the Group Property Care Director to produce the FPC budget
Provision of financial information to the Group Property Care Director and Board
Assist in completion of FPC annual statutory accounts non RSL management accounting services and VAT
To succeed in the role, you will have excellent accounting skills, have good communication skills, you will be able to work flexibly in a team and be able to motivate, manage and supervise colleagues.
We want somebody who has the following:
Qualified Accountant with previous experience or qualified by experience with significant working experience
Relevant experience in finance / financial services in a large and complex organisation with substantial budgets
Experience and knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework relevant to Finance and Governance
Evidence of effective working with customers, a wide variety of stakeholders and board members
A capacity to deliver results to tight deadlines and under pressure;
An intuitive and supportive nature to manage direct reports
A strong personal commitment to the cause of social housing, care and support, and to the stated values of the Group;
