As part of their ongoing journey they are seeking applications for the role of Improvement Technician Apprentice within their Operational Support Team. This role will work across the organisation collating data, undertaking research and proposing new and innovative solutions to make the service more efficient and effective.
Post Title: Improvement Technician Apprentice
Contract: Apprenticeship – 12–14 Months Fixed Term
Salary: £170 per week
Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per week (Flexi Time as approved by Line Manager)
Location: Sheffield, S1 3FG
The successful candidate will undertake the Improvement Technician Level 3 Apprentice Standard which will focus on tools and strategies about making businesses work better and could lead to higher level professional qualifications or apprenticeships in this area.
The organisation are seeking applicants who are interested in not just identifying areas for improvement but who can see the bigger picture, make connections and can propose new ideas and ways of working. Applicants will need a high attention to detail, the ability to learn to work with new systems and data and a confident attitude.
