HR Officer ***

My client are UK wide care and support services company, across the whole social care spectrum. Their offices in Potters Bar now have a great opportunity to join their team as a HR Officer on a full time permanent basis.The ideal candidate will have experince of HR within the Care Industry as an understanding of the secor would be preferable in this circumstance

The main responsibility of this role is to assist the regional HR Manager in providing high quality and cost effective HR service to a number of locations throughout London and the surrounding areas. This includes, but not restricted to:

Provide expert and professional advice on Human Resources issues to care support managers
Support the HR Manager on the development and restructuring of their services
Manage up to date legislation and employments law changes
Provide training, inductions and absence management
Ensure all HR records are entered onto the database and held securely with GDPR guidelines
Required:

Previous HR experience
In possession of a CIPD qualification
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of employment law
Self motivated with good organisational skills
Able to travel throughout the company when required
