We're seeking an experienced Letting Consultant to take on the role of Letting Consultant with a view to progressing quickly to Senior Letting Consultant in our Southbourne office.
The applicant must have experience within the residential letting industry and preferably at 12/18 months.
The role will entail:
Registering applicants and maintain regular contact
Carrying out viewings
Carrying out valuations (if experience allows)
Day to day communication with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
Property Management alongside the team within the office
Working days will be Monday to Friday 08.45 - 18.00 and every other Saturday 09.00 - 13.00. Saturday hours will be returned in lieu.
The successful applicant must have a clean driving licence, have their own vehicle and have the correct insurance.
Applicants with no experience will be considered on an adjacent basis.
Salary to be negotiated but will consist of a competitive basic salary, commission and mileage.
Immediate start available but can be negotiated.
