Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a local housing association based in Great Baddow, Chelmsford who require a catering assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Previous experience within a catering/waiter role and excellent customer service skills is essential for this role.
This is a full time position working 7:30am - 3:30pm or 11am - 7pm and working five days out of seven - every other weekend will need to be worked, you will be required to cover both shift times.
We are looking for a catering assistant who:
*Has experience working within the catering/food industry
*Has excellent customer service skills
*Excellent with communication and working within a team
*Is patient with a friendly nature

About the role:
You will be working within a luxury residential home and carrying out services such as:
*Preparing beverage trolleys, serving beverages and snacks to residents
*Collect, wash and replenish jugs of water from rooms and lounge areas
*Prepare and deliver meal trays to residents' rooms
*Ensure that all dining areas are clean and presented to a high standard
*Serving food to residents during meal times
*Interact with residents and other members of the team
