We have a vacancy for a Senior Payroll Administrator based in Watford working for a leading national hospitality group. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team running payroll for c.30,000 weekly and 4,500 monthly paid staff members.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience and ideally will have or be looking to study CIPP. A strong knowledge of excel including using pivot tables is essential. Previous experience using payroll systems including Northgate, ResourceLink would be advantageous. Hospitality experience is preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities Include:

* Ownership of full payroll for all UK and ROI based staff, both weekly paid and salaried.

* Reconciliation of pension payments, with knowledge of Flex and Auto enrolment advantageous.

* Help to manage shared team inbox.

* Dealing with escalated internal and external queries.

* Support with the introduction of new processes and looking for continuous improvements.

* Adhoc project work
