Junior Payroll Administrator

Shifts on a rota pattern 8-4, 9-5, 10-6
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join the Head Office of a leading national hospitality group. Based in Watford they are looking for somebody with at least 1 year's previous payroll admin or payroll processing experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Assisting with payroll for circa 30,000 weekly and 4,500 monthly salaries.
* Shared management of the team inbox and processing instructions.
* Dealing with escalated queries both internal and external.
* Support new processes implemented and constantly looking for new ways of improving.
About you:
The ideal candidate will need to have strong communication skills both written and telephone based. A keen attention to detail to ensure data is processed correctly while working to tight deadlines. Manage workload with minimum supervision in a fast paced quickly changing environment. A strong knowledge of excel including pivot tables is essential and previous knowledge of payroll systems is advantageous
