TRAINING EXECUTIVE
Penns Personal are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Training Executive (Golf Coaching Development) to join our prestigious client based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the golfing industry and one not to be missed!
Working under the direction of the Head of Coaching and Sports Science., the role will be co-ordinating the day to day operations with the department whilst developing, delivering and assessing the coach education programmes at Levels 1 - 4.
Main Duties:

• Assisting with recruitment, training and support to the Coach Education Tutors, Assessors and Internal Verifiers.
• Ensure the company meet all ASQ (Awarding Body) quality standards, providing quarterly qualification reports.
• Co-ordinate and deliver a programme of coach education that meets performance objectives.
• Develop, produce and upload learning materials via MS Office packages on to the Learning Management Systems, including PDF's, webinars, online assessments and videos etc..
• Develop, monitor, support and provide mentoring opportunities for a network of tutors and assessors to enable the effective deliver of appropriate coach education.
• Administer meetings with tutors, assessors, markers, partners and others as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience of working within the golf industry
• A background in coach development, coach education and/or sports development
• Able to work independently, being able to self manage and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong IT skills including MS office.
• A good understanding of the sports delivery system and development infrastructure in England
