We are recruiting for a Tenancy Support Worker within our dispersed team in Worthing and Adur to offer advice, guidance and support to young people to enable to them maintain their accommodation.

We are looking to recruit a skilled and qualified individual who has previous experience working with young people in housing need, particularly those living in emergency accommodation, to access and sustain new accommodation. They will have experience delivering tenancy sustainment support, particularly personal budgeting, risk assessment and independent living skills.

The postholder will be expected to deliver high quality services consistently and within the requirements of the project
