Redruth, Cornwall (with travel to sites within Cornwall)

We are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join us and support the maintenance of our properties.

The Role  

As a Building Surveyor, you will carry out condition surveys on our domestic properties in Cornwall.  

In this key role, you will diagnose and manage responsive maintenance activities, specify works and advise colleagues on maintenance matters.  

About You 

To join us as a Building Surveyor, you will need:  

- Knowledge of building construction, particularly within domestic dwellings 
- Strong IT skills  
- Good communication skills  
- A relevant building studies qualification 
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
