We are now looking for a number of bank Support Workers to join our team and support the delivery of our crisis accommodation service.

As a Support Worker, you’ll support the delivery of our crisis accommodation service, covering shifts for annual leave and other employee absences.
The crisis accommodation service supports people with complex needs, those who are homeless and those who need direct access to short-term accommodation and support.
You’ll help a broad range of clients, including individuals with needs relating to rough sleeping, homelessness, alcohol and/or drugs, mental health or a history of offending.
To join us as a Support Worker, you’ll need:
- Experience of delivering informal, face-to-face support to a diverse client group
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to sensitively manage challenging behaviours
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport
A qualification in a care related field would be beneficial, as would experience of completing needs and risk assessments. Experience of preparing and reviewing support plans would also be an advantage.
