Our client is a specialist manufacturer of pioneering food products. With a strong focus on innovation, quality and continuous improvement, they supply a diverse range of products to major manufacturers across the globe.

They are now seeking a number of Manufacturing & Packing Operatives to join their Blending Team on a full time basis, working either permanent night shifts, rotating shifts or continental shift patterns.

The Role

As a Manufacturing & Packing Operative, you will be responsible for mixing products and packing a range of food ingredient products.

Manufacturing and packing products in line with work instructions and required specifications, you will ensure targets met and quality is maintained throughout all production processes.

Your role will also involve:

- Working within other departments as and when requested
- Undertaking training and assisting in training staff
- Working towards a nil level of complaints attributable to the team
- Completing documentation in an accurate and timely manner

About You

Interested? To be considered as a Manufacturing & Packing Operative, you will need:

- Previous experience of working in food manufacturing (preferably FCMG)
- Excellent communication and numerical skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure

Although not essential, basic health & safety and basic food hygiene qualifications would be beneficial to your application. An FLT licence and REACH truck certificate would also be an advantage.

Please note, this role involves lifting weights of up to 25kgs.

This is a full time role, working either night shifts: Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 6am, rotating shifts: Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm or continental shift patterns.
