In the last year the Enterprise team has piloted an innovative home care service, supported their commercial estate agency, secured an equity stake in an established social enterprise and set up a co-production consultancy. Based in the Enterprise Team, you will be working within a small team with wide-ranging connections throughout the organisation, supporting the team to develop new projects and services that support the business to grow strategically and promoting a culture of innovation and business development.
You will support the Enterprise Team by providing effective leadership and programme management, working alongside an experienced job share partner. The role also requires you to assess commercial viability and develop business plans for new ventures and work closely with the Enterprises Boards, providing verbal and written reports on performance of the business activity.
