We have an opportunity for a customer-focussed and organised individual to be key in the liaison between our engineering schedulers and customers, ensuring expectations are met and that all engineering activities are carried out in a professional and timely manner. Communicative and approachable, you will be the technical expert for all sales jobs and will be responsible for providing relevant advice to our sales team and customers on all related engineering queries and activities. Gathering feedback from customers will help you to identify any areas of improvement in our procedures and to maintain our high level of customer care. You will ensure our processes are streamlined from the initial sales through to installation and will be on hand to provide support to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be accustomed to working to tight deadlines and will be adept at managing a variety of tasks simultaneously. Confident and meticulous, you will be highly organised with excellent time management and administrative skills. You’ll be a team player who can also work autonomously when required and be able to share your ideas to help achieve excellent customer satisfaction. Educated to a good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths), you will have good IT skills and be keen to acquire new skills.
