Salary: £9,828 per annum

About the role:
We require an enthusiastic Deputy Manager for our outlet shop in Staple Hill. Duties include supporting the running of a busy retail outlet ensuring that stock is sourced processed and merchandised throughout the week in a timely manner. Assisting with recruiting and maintaining a large team of volunteers is also a requirement together with administering to the business needs of this outlet.
About you:
The successful candidate will have good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across the Bristol area. The position offered is for 21 hours per week to include Saturdays on a shared rota. Retail supervisory experience is preferred together with working knowledge of Health and Safety best practice etc. Basic IT skills are essential.
