We are currently in a period of Consultation in relation to our terms and conditions. Part of this includes a review of our pay rates. The proposed new pay rate for the Manager is £13.45 per hour from 18th November 2019.

As a Manager, there’s no such a thing as a typical day – you will review peoples support, looking for innovative ways we can support people to live independent, safe and fulfilling lives. You will lead, manage and develop your team so that they provide outstanding support. You will also manage Support Schedules, complete audits and take responsibility for the health and safety of your team and the people we support.
It’s a varied role with opportunities to make a real difference.
