A 6 weeks, maybe more, contract for a Compact Sweeper Driver has arisen with the local authorities in Bath.
You will need to have Category B licences with driving experience as you will be trained to operate compact road sweepers. This is a 6 week project where we need candidates to work in Bath city centre to enhance the cleansing duties, starting on Thursday the 8th of August till 16th of August.
The main function is to operate compact sweepers with scrubbing attachments to wash and clean paved areas in Bath city centre.
Candidates will also need to use other smaller equipment as well as carry out general street cleansing duties such as cleansing and emptying litter bins. Training will be provided.
Skills Experience:
Flexible (hours and activity).
Manual Lifting and Handling.
Effective Communicator.
Driving Licence, Cat B.Normal hours of work are 6am till 2.30pm, 40 hours per week, 5 shifts over 7 on a shared rota.
