Head of People Services - Circa GBP54,000
Would you like to play a leading role in the development and delivery of a refreshed approach to our human resource and organisational development activity? Do you want to lead the introduction of a revitalised programme of tenant engagement and community enrichment? Are you interested in delivering a thriving Apprenticeship and Skills programme across the City of Wolverhampton? We are looking for an individual to join our organisation to support our transformational journey from #goodtogreat. You will be responsible for the Human Resources, our Skills Development and Community Development Teams where you will work to coach, mentor and lead the teams by example.
You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to develop strategies to support our Business Plan. You will lead on the transformation of the People Services teams to develop and deliver our people strategy that will support a high-performance culture.
As a senior manager, you will work with our Board and leadership teams to improve services and support the delivery of key objectives. You should have previous experience of operating at a senior level. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
