Care Workers
Mary & Joseph House provides 24 hour residential care and has been rated outstanding in all five areas by the CQC for the second time, we are looking for Care Workers with the right values and a desire to provide high quality care to join out outstanding team
Ideally candidates should have:
Minimum NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care , good I.T. and communication skills, ability to commit to 39 hours over an eight week rota of twelve hour shifts including nights and weekends, competitive salary, pension, health scheme, bonuses, the duties are varied and no two days will be the same. duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing, provide light meals and snacks throughout the night, clean and maintain communal areas, prompt and administer medication
