About the role:

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join their Maintenance team to provide a comprehensive property management service. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end to end process of a range of planned maintenance, responsive repairs, surveying and minor works services. Within this diverse role you will provide leadership to a large team of surveyors, carry out quality checks of work as well as creating and managing budgets, verifying monthly valuations, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position and will have qualification(s) in a relevant technical field such as Building, Surveying, Planning or a similar technical field. You will be able to demonstrate previous success in the supervision of multi-trade contracts, management of contractors and maintenance programmes as well as staff development and performance management. You will have an excellent working knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety regulations as well as IT proficiency and good numeracy and literacy skills.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you have a full current driving licence and the ability to travel around the local vicinity.
