We are currently in a period of Consultation in relation to our terms and conditions. Part of this includes a review of our pay rates. The proposed new pay rate for an Assistant Manager is £11.15 per hour from 18th November 2019.

The Wilf Ward Family Trust supports adults with Learning Disabilities to live their day to day lives. As an Assistant Manager, there’s no such a thing as a typical day – you will be providing hands on support, which can be shopping, cleaning, or going to the seaside. You will also line manage Support Workers, oversee training, complete audits and get involved in shaping the support we provide. It’s a role with an opportunity to make a difference, lead by example and influence the lives of our customers.
