Account Support (Commercial)

A vacancy has arisen for two Account Support roles, based at Barway. These positions will be reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
•Processing of sales orders – ensuring that dept splits, volumes, box/tray, case count, branch/plant are correct and amended as necessary including evening and weekend transmissions.
•Forecasting.
•Internal KPI’s and scorecards.
•Reporting of service level performance along with root cause analysis and corrective actions where appropriate.
•Review and active management of daily order columns, against agreed customer forecasts.
•Run appropriate management reports, e.g. price checking, forecasting.
The ideal candidate (Experience/qualifications/training/requirements):
•Team player.
•Excellent organisation and planning skills.
•Good time management skills.
•Proficient with Microsoft programmes, in particular Excel.
•Strong attention to detail.
Hours of work: 40 hours – Monday-Friday
