Our client is looking for a Team Administrator to be responsible for co-ordinating the administration, events and secretarial arrangements for their Human Resources, Organisational Development and Communications Directorate.
Within this position you will be providing general administrative support across the directorate as required, this will include filing, photocopying, typing of minutes and letters. Additionally, you will be responsible for raising Purchase Orders and managing invoices and organising internal and external events and meetings.
The ideal applicant for this position will have previous experience from within an administrative position and can demonstrate managing conflicting priorities. You will have experience of using all Microsoft packages at a competent level.
