My client, a luxury hotel, spa and restaurant based in the beautiful port of Falmouth, Cornwall are looking for Receptionists on a permanent basis. 

The Role: This will be a highly varied active, personality driven role.  It is front focused and importantly guest focused.  

This role provides excellent possibilities for future development.

The successful candidate will be flexible and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and guest care are always delivered. This role will involve liaising with staff and management of all levels.

Excellent communication skills

Warm, welcoming and independent

Duties will include but not limited to: -

Booking in and booking out clients

General admin details

Directing guests to various hotel services

Taking bags and providing concierge services

Dealing with customer face to face and on the telephone

Shifts are 07.00-15.20 pm and 14.10-22.30 pm working 5 days out of every 7. 

This role is full-time and permanent
