They are now looking for a Billing Administrator to join their team in Chapelhall on the outskirts of Glasgow. In a few months, they will be moving their office to Motherwell (a 15 – 20 commute from Chapelhall).

As a Billing Administrator, you’ll operate at the start of the business process by billing and invoicing clients. Without you, orders cannot progress, so you will be playing a vital role in our client’s day-to-day success.

Your Role:

As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for the prompt and accurate invoicing of works. This will involve managing, monitoring and maintaining records for billing.

You’ll work closely with the Administration function to communicate invoicing information, and will carry out accurate costings to meet agreed contract specifications.

Working as part of the Billing Team, you will:

- Generate invoices, producing bespoke copies where necessary

- Review billing and contract information to ensure accuracy

- Manage and resolve invoice queries

- Provide reports and records of invoices and forecasts

- Support the Credit Control team as and when required

About You:

Interested? To be considered as a Billing Administrator, you will need:

- Previous administration experience

- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel

- Excellent numeracy and communications skills

- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude

Experience in a billing environment would be beneficial to your application. Experience of contracts and application billing would also be an advantage.
