Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for three Accommodation Managers to join us for our brand new, un-opened student accommodation schemes based in the heart of Coventry. It's a really exciting time here at Fresh as we are going through a period of rapid growth; opening 12 brand new sites over the course of the next 12-18 months. Coventry is gaining 3 of these sites; Eden Square, a 344 bed property, The Oaks, a 378 bed property and Gulson Road which is made up of 462 beds.

Working from our sales cabin or show flat, the Accommodation Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, working hard to achieve 100% occupancy in time for the grand opening. To begin with, it will be a standalone role but over time you'll then need to work on building a team which you will take over to the property once things are up and running. You'll deal with customer enquiries, manage all contractors and ensure the building is presented to the highest possible standard.

About You

This role would suit a meticulous, organised and personable individual who has previous sales experience and is comfortable with financial reporting. With knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, you'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to remain calm and professional in what can be sometimes difficult situations.

Building management experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
